I have first lite kanab pants in wool and are nice and ligh. They are coming out with a new synthetic pant. I am moving from first lite asat to kuiu vias. I like the vias pattern better for breakup. All my base layer wool is first lite. I think its better tban kuiu as its all wool and not any other materials. 100% wool reduces stink factor. I own a handful of Sitka products. I do like them. Don't have any experience with First Lite or Kuiu. If you are looking at a pant that doesn't collect burs and is durable and affordable, look at the Wrangler outdoor series of pants. Surprisingly they are well made, wick moister, dry quickly and are durable.
Sitka here as well.I originally started wearing it in 2013 with the purchase of the Fanatic Jacket and Stratus pants. This past summer, I was disappointed in the pilling that the fabric was doing in the two seasons I owned it. I emailed Sitka and explained it. They requested pictures and two days later, I got a response saying that it was a warranty issue and they were replacing both pieces, free of charge with the updated 2015 versions. CS can't be beat.IMO, the Fanatic jacket is the best bowhunting jacket made.
